9/1: Amtrak day one - link and pics
Today was our 1st day on Amtrak. We settled into our cozy roomette. The first stops are along the Washington coast then to on through eastern Washington and then Idaho. We are both excited and a bit apprehensive about the adventure that lies ahead. So far, so good!
